Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (vape, hemp, and consumable goods), we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, returns or exchanges may be accepted in the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Item was missing from your order

Timeframe

All return or refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. Include clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s).
  3. We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Replacement shipment at no charge
  • Store credit toward a future order
  • Partial or full refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Orders where issues were reported more than 48 hours after delivery
